Explore Sissu & Chandra River
As you exit the tunnel, the landscape dramatically changes to the arid, cold desert of Lahaul. Stop at Sissu, a small village on the banks of the Chandra River. Visit the Sissu Lake and admire the Sissu Waterfall, which might be partially frozen in November.

After visiting the temple, take a peaceful walk through the Manali Nature Park (Van Vihar). Stroll amongst the towering deodar trees leading down to the Beas River.
